Handwriting practice in the style your state's schools teach
Australian states do not all teach the same handwriting style: for example NSW and the ACT use Foundation, Victoria, WA and the NT use Victorian Modern Cursive, and Queensland uses Queensland Beginners. Practice pages in the wrong style can confuse a child learning letter shapes. We are making printable tracing books for each style, starting with NSW/ACT Foundation.
Letters a, c, o, d, g and q in the NSW and ACT Foundation style: a model letter, then dashed outlines to trace, on ruled lines.

How these pages are made
The pages are made with AI assistance. Letter shapes come from the open-licence Edu NSW ACT Foundation font (SIL Open Font License 1.1, copyright The AU School Handwriting Fonts Project Authors). We do not redistribute the font file. Check with your child's teacher which style your school uses.
Other states are planned (Victorian Modern Cursive for VIC, WA and NT; Queensland Beginners; SA; Tasmania), as their fonts are checked.
